We offer a 30-day return policy for our Poddie Phone phone booth , as we are sure you will like our phone booth. If you return the product, we will refund you the total product cost, delivery cost will not be refunded. A return is of course associated with considerable effort and costs for us. Therefore, the following requirements for the return must be met:
In case of a return, the phone booth must be packed in the original packaging and placed on the pallet accessible to a truck. Afterwards the pickup takes place. The cost of collection is borne by the customer. The product costs will be refunded.
Repeat orders are excluded from the right of return. If you order more than one phone box, we can unfortunately only take back the first phone booth.
If the original packaging is no longer available, or the phone booth was assembled by our team, the phone booth must be disassembled by us upon return. Our assembly team will dismantle and pick up the phone booth again. Unfortunately we have to charge the assembly rate for this extra service. The product costs will of course be refunded.
The right of return is only valid for Germany. Purchases in other EU countries are excluded from the right of return. The right of return is only valid for our phone booth Poddie Phone, other products are excluded.
The return of the Poddie Phone phone booth is only possible in the standard configuration (color white or anthracite, no internet connection, no moving kit, no monitor). All other configurations are custom-made and are therefore excluded from the right of return.
