Poddie Connect is built around the video call: table, seats and screen are arranged so that nobody sits with their back to the camera. Switch on the optional 43-inch monitor with built-in webcam and you're ready to go.

02/05 Interior layout

Seats that face the camera

The table is trapezoidal: it fans the seats out towards the monitor, so every seat has a direct line of sight to the webcam. To the person at the other end, everyone is facing them — not turned sideways, not caught in half profile.

03/05 Webcam & screen integration

Plug in & connect

The optional 43-inch monitor is flush-mounted to the wall with its cable routed behind the panel — no visible wires, no clutter. Connect your laptop to the built-in HDMI port and the screen is live. The webcam is mounted beneath the display — low enough to frame the whole group naturally.

04/05 Charging & connectivity

Plenty of charging options

Two 230 V sockets power the laptops, while a USB-C and a USB-A port take care of smaller devices. The 100 cm retractable USB-C cable (65 W) sits ready at the table — long enough to reach every seat, with no cable clutter.

Placed, not built in

On 3,52 m² four people can work without it feeling tight: room for laptops, papers and a proper conversation, shielded from the noise of the open-plan office. A meeting room this size costs many times more to fit out — and stays behind in the building. This booth is simply placed, and moves with you when you move.

We build our booths in Poland and ship directly across Europe — straight from the manufacturer, on short routes, at fair prices. Most of our materials come from the region: wood from Poland and Germany, aluminium, glass and felt from Poland. That keeps the carbon footprint low and gets your booth into your office fast.

Built for a long service life

Every Poddie is designed to keep working long after the warranty ends. Fans, LED lighting, sockets, and the floor carpet can all be swapped out. The top panels are magnetic for quick service access. When something wears out, we replace the part — not the booth.

Materials with a second life

Our wood is PEFC-certified with 70% recycled content. The acoustic felt inside is made of 40% recycled PET bottles — and is fully recyclable again at the end of life.
