There is an easily visible mark of our work in hundreds of offices around Europe. The booths we build are a product created to bring comfort and workplace efficiency to teams and individuals. But as with any organization, our work does not stop there. We are friends, proud neighbors and community contributors as well. Every year we try to assess what we have done in these areas and what is the goal for the next year. We happily present this year’s Responsibility Report for Poddie - a short breakdown of our impact on the community and the broader environment.
Why we are very strict about adhering not only to the letter, but the spirit of the labor law (91% of our team is on indefinite contracts of employment - we believe trust is the best foundation for team building);
How we went to zero-landfill production and increased the use of recycled materials all around our production facility;
What our carbon footprint reduction plan is, and why we strive to buy local whenever possible
and finally, the outlook for 2026 - our expansion plans, better recycling, new training programs and sustainable innovation
